Shipping Policy
ZORLU DIGITAL TRADE AND SERVICES LTD. handles its cargo shipments with its own professional delivery team and delivers them to the specified address.
Orders placed through our website are delivered to the courier company within the shipping process after they are approved and processed. Delivery is made within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination. As ZORLU DIGITAL TRADE AND SERVICES LTD., our cargo deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays. We do not provide cargo deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed through our website are delivered to your address within the TRNC.
If you cannot be found at your specified address, the courier will return your package to the nearest branch, leaving a note with the branch details. You can collect your package from the branch within 3 days. Shipments not received within this period are returned to ZORLU DIGITAL TRADE AND SERVICES LTD. If your shipment cannot reach you, you can contact us through Customer Service to verify your name, surname, address, and phone number, and request a reshipment.
In the event that your shipment arrives at an incorrect address, we will take the necessary action. For purchases made through ZORLU DIGITAL TRADE AND SERVICES LTD., the address information you provide is automatically transferred to our shipping department without any changes. Any errors or shipments to incorrect addresses are not at the discretion of ZORLU DIGITAL TRADE AND SERVICES LTD. If a shipment is sent to an incorrect address, please notify us via email. We will forward the matter to the shipping department and ensure the necessary forwarding process is carried out as quickly as possible.
Address and/or recipient name changes can be made for orders currently in transit. For orders delivered to courier, we notify the shipping department of any changes to the delivery address and/or recipient name. These changes may require additional processing for delivery. Requests for changes to the delivery address/recipient name can only be made via email sent to us using the email address you are registered with.
Invoices for orders are sent with the shipment. Your invoice is legally required to be on the outside of your package, so your invoice is sent with your order. Orders sent as gifts are sent to the recipient with a delivery note, and the invoice is sent to you separately. If you select this in the relevant sections during the order process, you can specify different addresses for your invoice and delivery. For gift orders, delivery is also made to the recipient with a delivery note, and the invoice is sent to the specified address.
All orders sent through our website are prepared for shipment and delivered to the courier company, along with their invoice. If your invoice, which is legally required to be on the outside of your package, does not arrive with your order for any reason, you can submit your invoice request to the courier. If the invoice is still not delivered to you despite your request, you can have a report prepared for your invoice. If you inform us of the issue, we can send you the original invoice or a copy stamped "true copy of the original" as soon as possible.
If your package is deformed or defective upon delivery, please open it in the presence of the courier and check the physical condition of the product inside before signing the delivery form. If your product is damaged in any way, do not accept it and return it to the courier. Be sure to have a damage report prepared. We will then exchange and reship your returned product. If your product cannot be shipped at that time, you will receive a refund. Similarly, during the delivery of your package, before signing the delivery report, if you inspect the item that does not belong to you or that you requested, please do not accept the package and return it to the courier. If you inform us of the issue, we will perform the necessary checks and process the returned item once it reaches us, and the correct item will be shipped.
There is no shipping fee for orders placed on our website; collection is only possible if you choose cash on delivery.
